A lasting tribute to fallen trades workers, carved in stone and captured on film.

WHY THIS STORY MATTERS
We are producing a compelling documentary short chronicling the creation, installation, and impact of "A Place to Remember", a marble monument honouring the lives of trades workers who have lost their lives from occupational disease. The monument, sculpted by Jordan Clements, will be installed at Millenium Park in Peterborough.
This film seeks to capture the artistry, significance, and emotional weight of this landmark tribute, ensuring that these workers' sacrifices are never forgotten.

Trades workers risk their lives daily with little public recognition. This monument ensures they are remembered, and our documentary will amplify their story, raising awareness through online platforms, TV, radio, and public screenings.
MEET THE TEAM
This monument is the result of efforts by PODAC, the City of Peterborough, and generous donors, in collaboration with sculptor Jordan Clements.
